AZ Zeno (Knokke) will use the Partheas Flow application to guide patients. The hospital will apply it in its new clinic in Knokke. This spectacular building will open March 2018. All consultations will use the unique application. It will allow them to obtain higher efficiency of the entire ambulant process. Moreover, it will help the hospital in reducing the amount of people that are required to manage nothing much more than the patient flow process itself. Hence, the solution may strongly reduce the amount of staff for this process. This applies to all different floors where consultations are held.

Amongst other, the following disciplines have specific flows set up

  • orthopaedics,
  • cardiology,
  • pulmonology,
  • ophthalmology,
  • general surgery,
  • paediatrics,
  • psychiatry,
  • neurology,
  • dermatology,
  • gynaecology,
  • and more.

Partheas fine-tuned a number of medical paths specifically for the hospital. It concerns intelligent waiting times for local sedation during a consultation.

Instead of using tracking technology, the patient receives a QR ticket. The solution will locate patients based on scanning at kiosks in the hospital. Next, the kiosk will provide information to the patient. This information could concern way-finding and waiting times.
