The polyclinic of Centre de Santé des Fagnes (CSF) has selected the clouded variant of Partheas Q. CSF will apply the new set up to its re-designed subscription desk. The regional hospital will use Partheas Q as its key ticketing solution for management of patient queues. The hospital currently has 4 permanent desks.
Partheas Q version 2.0.1 contains a number of new features such as
- reception desk printing of tickets,
- multi-language front-end, and
- desk-forwarding.
The clouded version of Partheas Q offers the same features as its on-premise variant. However, obviously, no local installations are required as it is 100% browser-based for the end user (staff at reception desks + responsible administrator). As always, the solutions remains hardware agnostic.
