We are proud to announce that Partheas – in collaboration with three other specialized companies – has been awarded the framework contract with specification number 2024/HFB/OP/120501 by the Flemish Government. This contract concerns the development and implementation of solutions for ‘Appointments, customer support and digital reception’. An offer in which user-friendly technologies are key. The solution will be offered under the name ‘Docleas’.
Within this project, Partheas will be responsible for the software components of ‘customer support’ and ‘digital reception’. Partheas’ innovative solutions ensure
- smooth and efficient management of the operational set-up of customer support,
- from scheduling appointments to digitally welcoming citizens via kiosks.
This software will contribute to an intuitive and streamlined experience for both visitors and employees of various Flemish local authorities.
Within the framework contract, Partheas is working with Syrinx BV, which is responsible for consultancy and strategic guidance within the project. Next, Doclr supplies the technology for the agenda system, which ensures flexible and reliable scheduling of appointments. Finally, 3S, a company from Denderleeuw, is responsible for the production, delivery and management of the kiosk systems. This collaboration between four experienced players ensures a high-quality and future-oriented service package.
This awarding confirms the expertise of Partheas and its partners in offering integrated, digital solutions that promote customer focus and efficiency. We look forward to supporting the Flemish Government in its pursuit of innovation and digitalization within the public domain.
